Shipping information

For exact shipping costs please proceed to the checkout and select the option that suits your order according to the weight and Area/city we are sending to. 

Please note freight cost for larger items may vary from initial charge depending on the delivery area/city. Freight cost will be confirmed after the order is placed.

We are an online store so order & pay online and your goods will be dispatched with the courier.

Your tracking number will be sent directly from our courier no-reply@infolink.aramex.com  so please search your inbox/spam folder for tracking information. 

Orders are dispatched once daily Monday - Friday at 1pm, once payment has been received. Orders received after this time will be sent the following business day.

Rural deliveries are transferred from Aramex (formally Fastway) to your local rural contractor. Please allow 2-5 extra days for delivery.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Standard delivery is contactless unless specified. If you would like a signature delivery service, please add a note to your order on the "Cart" page. Please note, if the courier cannot obtain a signature, they cannot leave the item. Failure to obtain a signature may cause a delay in delivery.
